As stated in the Announcement-3 on the KKDIK Registration Process; The KKS system has been integrated with the Revolving Fund Budget of our Ministry. In this direction; After you submit your item, the fee you have to pay to the Revolving Fund Budget of our Ministry is automatically calculated and displayed by the system and the “Payment Reference Number” specific to the application is assigned. At this stage, when the sent item is clicked on the 'Shipped Items' screen, the 'Payment Reference Number' can be displayed and the 'Payment Has Been Made: No' information is displayed.

Payments cannot be made through online transactions and must be made by going to Halkbank. In order to make the payment; The bank officer (Halkbank) is informed about the "Payment Reference Number" obtained through KKS, stating that the payment will be made to the Revolving Fund of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. When the fee specific to your application is paid, the information that the payment has been made to the KKS system is deducted. After the payment is made, the file is evaluated by the Ministry for completeness control.
