Information on the functions that will be reflected in the Chemical Registration System as of 01/03/2021:

1. It is extremely important for the Leading Firm to contact all the firms in the SIEF before making the statement 'I am the Leading Firm for the Substance'. Accordingly, a voting module will be integrated into the SIEF page for the selection of the Leading Firm. SIEF participants will be able to vote for companies that are Leader Company Candidates. In this direction, the declarations of the leading companies will be started on 01/03/2021 simultaneously with the integration of the relevant module. Voting is not mandatory. However, when it deems necessary, the Ministry may request a voting or refer to the voting results.

2. Only one Lead Company may be assigned for a reference item. In case of a disagreement in the selection of the Leader Firm in the SIEF (such as if more than one firm wants to be a leader firm), an application must be made to the Ministry. In such cases of disagreement, the Ministry informs the SIEF participants of the aforementioned article and directs them to vote and determines the leading company.

3. A fee calculator function has been added to KKS regarding registration fees. Fee Calculator; calculates the fee to be paid according to the size of the firm, selected tonnage range and joint/single application status (indicates the fee code in the Revolving Fund Unit Price List of our Ministry). The registration fee appears on the screen where the registration file will be sent. Steps to be followed at this stage:

                           NS. Regarding Firm Size: If your firm is micro, small or medium sized according to the "Regulation on the Definition, Qualifications and Classification of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises", you will benefit from the reduced registration fees determined in the Revolving Fund Unit Price List of our Ministry. As of the publication date of the announcement, all companies have been designated as 'Large' companies. In order to benefit from the reduced fees, you need to change your company size from the 'My Company Information' module and upload the SME declaration that you obtained through KOSGEB's website to the system.

If you are the Only Representative, you must upload a statement showing the number of employees and annual turnover you will receive from the foreign company, if the size of the foreign company you represent is micro, small or medium-sized according to the "Regulation on the Definition, Qualifications and Classification of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises".

                                ii. After filling out the mandatory information requirements according to the tonnage range you selected while sending the registration dossier, the fee you have to pay and the code of this fee in the Revolving Fund Unit Price List of our Ministry are displayed on the Submission Screen.

                       iii. After sending the registration file, you must deposit the fee that appears in the system to our Ministry's Revolving Fund Account. The KKS system has been integrated with the Revolving Fund Budget of our Ministry. After completing the registration fee payment process, the information that your registration fee has been paid to KKS is dropped and your file is taken into the Ministry's evaluation. In addition, the receipt will not be uploaded.
